Original cloth, rubbed and worn. Spine gilt only just decipherable. Good copy in the original gilt-blocked cloth. Spine bands and panel edges dust-toned and rubbed as with age. Remains particularly well-preserved overall. Physical description : xii, 272 pages ; 23 cm. Notes : W.S. Jevons, in his Investigations in currency and finance, London, 1884, p. 388, attributes this work to James Taylor, of Bakewell. Subjects : Finance Great Britain History. Money.
