Sobre este artículo

Kankakee, Illinois: The Bronte Press, 1997. Near fine.. Signed first printing of this petite biography of Brandywine artist N. C. Wyeth, produced by print collector and book artist Suzanne Pruchnicki. Suzanne Pruchnicki was 68 years old when she wrote, illustrated, printed, bound, and colored this little artists' book. A life-long collector of prints and presses, she operated a small museum in Kankakee, Illinois after retiring from teaching; N. C. WYETH: ARTIST OF IMAGINATION AND HEROIC VISIONS was printed on one of the museum's presses. It is quite a scarce title, with only 7 holdings located on OCLC. 2.75'' x 2.25''. Original hand-colored pictorial boards with paper title onlay. Hand-colored pictorial endpapers of a pastoral scene. Eight hand-colored illustrations tipped in. Unpaginated. Signed by Suzanne Pruchnicki to copyright page, numbered 2 of 65. Binding with a hint of toning.
