Sobre este artículo
Indianapolis and New York: Bobbs-Merrill, 1969. 387pp. Purple cloth. Gilt lettering on the spine. Photos throughout. Light edgewear to the spine tips, foxing spots on the top edge, otherwise a clean, unmarked copy. Unclipped white jacket with black and purple lettering has mottling along the extremities of the jacket, and one tiny chip on one corner. "Here are the poetic explorations-the craft-the theories of such iinfluential men as Robert Creeley, W.S. Merwin, Gary Snyder. Here too are quiet, personal poems: Kenneth Rexroth's snesuous translations from the Chinese Masters, Sylvia Plath's disturming solioloquies, Theodore Roethke's "North American Sequence," Denise Levertov's terse, haunting lyrics. The new men abandoned strict rhyme, meter and stanza from to experiment with images, rhythms, and syntax." . First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good+. Octavo.
