Copyright page only lists the 1973 date, it has Red Endpages, and it does NOT have Tomatoes listed as part of the Italian Salsa Di Pomidoro Recipe!- which was corrected in later editions! The book is in beautiful Like New condition with a very tight binding and clean crisp pages. I feel like I am the first person to open this First Printing from 1973, now over 50 years ago! Still has the original $2.95 vintage price sticker in the upper right hand corner of the front cover. This book has it all! Great Collectible! A 50 year old unused Collectible!
