First edition as an independent volume, though previously published the same year in "The Collections of the New York Historical Society." Modern hard binding with paper over boards and cloth over the spine. Covers are a little smudged and soiled. Lacking original paper wrap cover though contents are complete starting with the title page. Fold out map is detached, though laid in place. Leaves are a little darkened and shows scattered wear along edges not affecting any text or map image. . First Edition, Thus. Hard Cover. Fair/No Dust Jacket.
