First Edition 1895. A scarce book and with the added attribute of being a presentation copy to Fred W. Rowe (The prominent Canadian Politician?) and signed by Bernard Quaritch in ink to the free front end paper. VG (Book- mild general shelf wear to cloth- mainly colour rubbing and slight bumps to corners, Presentation insc. as above to f.f.e.p. with slight foxing/ tanning more so to rear end papers. Hint of foxing edges of book block, a couple of pencil marginal notes from a reading and very occasional light soiling. No other notable defects).
