XIII. overall), BRITISH QUADRUPEDS, frontispiece (Aldrovandus), vignette title page, and 34 hand-coloured plates; complete and in accordance with the contents page. Original cloth binding very good with just some fading to the spine. Contents clean and tight, original green endpapers with faint cancellation stamp only, plates clean and with their original tissue guards a few pages at front and rear a little spotted; no inscriptions. A very good copy.
