NOT ex-library. Hardcover has brown cloth-covered boards with gold spine lettering and blind-stamped ruled borders on the covers. 362 pages + 32 pages of advertisements at back. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with some fraying at tips and spine ends. Covers have moderate edge wear and surface rubbing. Spine and upper inch of covers slightly faded. Some slight waviness in cloth surface near top edge of covers. Pages lightly and uniformly tanned but still supple. Pages clean and unmarked. One page has a very small (pencil-tip size) burn hole, as from an ash or candle ember. One page has a small half-circle defect in the bottom edge of the paper, No dust jacket. Spine title: Meigs on Childbed Fevers. Printed by T. K. and P. G. Collins, Philadelphia. Advertisements pages comprise "Henry C. Lea's (Late Lea & Blanchard's) Classified Catalogue of Medical & Surgical Publications. Carefully packed, shipped in a box. This item will be shipped with signature confirmation required.
