Newsletter. 102 issues of the fortnightly bulletin published by the Dutch government in exile, discussing events in German-occupied Netherlands, the Netherlands West Indies, and the Japanese-occupied Netherlands East Indies. Generally very good with occasional uneven toning, though the later issues are occasionally more worn, and the last issue present has old tape repairs. Issues from volumes 4, 5, and 6 have cover cartoons by Harry Waters Armstrong and Albert Orbaan. Issues present are: Vol. 1 nos. 3-8 plus a brief index; Vol. 2 nos. 1-7 plus special supplementary issues 2a and 6a (the latter an illustrated geographical digest of the Netherlands East Indies); Vol. 3 nos. 1-7; Vol. 4 nos. 1-8; Vol. 5 nos. 1, 3-6, 8; Vol. 6 nos. 1-8; Vol. 7 nos. 1-8; Vol. 8 nos. 1, 2, 4-8, plus index issue; Vol. 9 nos. 1-6, 8, plus index issue; Vol. 10 nos. 1-8, plus 1-A, a Geographical Digest of the Netherlands; Vol. 11 nos. 1, 2, 4-8; Vol. 12 nos. 1-8; and Vol. 13 nos. 1, 2, 5-7, as well as an unnumbered, August 1944 Geographical Digest of the Netherlands East Indies.
