NOTE: This edition is a vartiant and was published without the rear pocket though the maps are actually bound-in: Map of Boston at pp 6/7 & The Map of NE in the rear at the beginning of the index, they are listed in the TOC as both pocket maps. Both are present and NF but the NE map was torn out and is in need of archival tape repair, which I can do at the request of the buyer. This book and approximately 300 other early White Mountain Guides (AMC, Eastman’s, Sweetser’s, Osgood’s, Ticknor’s, Chisholm’s, etc...) are part of a very large collection we have just purchased & taken in from a long-time collector and local AMC & White Mountain historian here in NH. Consisting of over 1500 items, it is one of the largest collections of White Mountains & AMC material that we have ever seen, in private hands that is. If you need or want anything having to do with this field it is likely that we have it or can get it.
