Library copy, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Minor thumb marking, foxing and moderate tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached; lighter cracking to hinges. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft splitting and crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Creasing to some pages, text remains unaffected. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Light tanning to spine and edges. Tears to leather to spine edges. Wear marks overall.
