The soft suede has woen off from 2/3 of spine leaving the hard leather underneath (see photo). Split to leather on right side of spine, hinge still holding at bottom third. Text block firm. Antique inscriptions on ffep, dated 1784 and 1891. No other inscriptions. Light brown discolouring in upper margins. Fold-Out Maps in good condition, no tears, a little faint browning, mainly marginal.
