The cover has a closed cut through page 6 and has water marks on the back at the hinge and top, else fine. Previous owner's signature on the title page. 36 pages that are clean, crisp, unmarked and uncreased, with the exception of the closed cut on pages 1-6 that in no way affects the readability of the book. Many b/w illustrations along with patter for each trick. The binding is good and tight. A fine collector's edition from a non-smoking house.
