Cloth seems to have been lacquer coated. Some darkening to edges of endpapers, neat inscription to front “T.M. King.” Some occasional handling marks and foxing spots. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 170pp. Illustrated with 33 double-page coloured maps, each with smaller inset B&W photograph scenes (100).
