McLean, 26, Haymarket, London, aquatint reproduction of original undated/ca. 1828 engraving, estimated 1890 on heavier art paper, 10-3/4" x 14" to lined borders with about 3/4" margins, 5 lines of text underneath the image explaining the workings of the new invention, richly colored with carriage filled with rider in the center going past an inn and persons looking at it /// CONDITION: near fine, mostly negligible wear with a few touches of wear at the edges of the sheet, coloring bright as new.
