Good condition covers in heavyweight library binding w moderate overall wear, some edgewear & small stains, interior contents VG++ clean tight undamaged. The only library marking is a small bookplate on fep from the Los Angeles Public Library. This huge book contains all the original pages of every issue from these dates, including two NY Times Book Reviews, NY Times Magazines, and Rotogravure Picture Sections in the two Sunday issues. These bound-in newspapers represent a detailed historical chronicle of NY & American life at the end of the 1920s, just days before the 1929 Stock Market Crash. Its voluminous articles, features, photos, drawings, advertisements, and classifieds make it an invaluable historic resource of Americana, and a treasure trove of contemporaneous photos, illustrations, and especially advertisements. 18 x 23, over 1000 pages, thousands of b/w illustrations, book weighs almost 30 pounds.
