London: The James Press, 1939. Second edition, revised. xxxii, 89 pp. Original gray cloth, decorated with an arrangement of stars in gilt, spine lettered in gilt, top edge gilt. Decorations by Rex Whistler. Some minor handling wear, rear pastedown protruding slightly. Title-page, head and tail-pieces, illustrations throughout. One of 412 numbered copies of this revised edition, which includes a new appendix. First printed in 1932, 525 copies were planned, but only about a sixth were bound before it was suppressed by James and the sheets used for this expanded second edition.
