Including four full-page plates in colour, and ninety-six pages of black-and-white illustrations from photographs to the rear of the work. Collated and complete. Enclosed in the original dust wrapper. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, lovely, with just minor shelf wear. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart, with just light edgewear and some offsetting to the interior of the wrap. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Near Fine

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
