Napoli. Quarter Bound. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. In both volumes the edges of the boards are chipped and there is foxing throughout. In Vol. 1 the blank page separating the last issue of 1840 and the first one of 1841 is torn and there are handwritten annotations in biro on the front and back end papers. In Volume 2 the annotations are on the front end paper only . Volume 1 is missing issues 25 and 26 which cover the period in late June to mid July 1840. The issues for the years 1841 and 1842 are complete, as is Volume 2 . An excellent set.
