REFUNDS: Biblio requires that a full refund, including original postage charges, be issued to the customer under the following circumstances: a. The order is canceled as unavailable to ship. b. The order is canceled as lost in transit/never arrived. c. An incorrect item was shipped, an item was incorrectly described, or an item arrived in lesser condition that described as the time of purchase. Returns which do not result from seller error in description, packaging or shipping will be equal to the book price, assuming the item is returned to the seller in the same condition as sent. Postage charges will not be refunded. Biblio customer support staff are available to communicate with the customer on the seller behalf in order to resolve an issue.
