(The only missing volume is The O'Donoghue, which also includes St. Patrick's Eve.) NOTE: Although this set of Lever's novels was called the "Library Edition" by the publishers, it is NOT ex-library. This hardcover set is in Very Good condition. Each volume has deep green cloth covers, with ornate gilt borders and designs on the front panel and spine. There is also top-edge gilt. The set is clean, bright, and very handsome, with only light shelf rubbing. Several of the spine tips have tiny tears, but no chips. As for the interiors, the books are all tightly and securely bound, the text pages bright and sparkling. Each volume has black end papers. There are numerous illustrations throughout by noted Victorian artists including Phiz, E. Van Muyden, L.J. Bridgman, W. Cubitt Cooke, and others. The frontispiece illustrations each have their original tissue guards. Each volume has an embossment on the first blank page by the former owner. Each volume measures 5 1/2 by 8 1/4 inches. With careful packagng, the set weighs 64 pounds. Media Mail shipping would cost $25.00 for U.S. residents but other shipping options might be better, depending upon the buyer's location and distance from my location in Pennsylvania. Email me with your location, and I'll explore the best shipping options and get back to you. See photo.. First Thus. Decorative Cloth. Very Good. Illus. by Phiz, E. Van Muyden, and L.J.
