Bolinas, CA: The Nuclear Sovereignty Project, 1987. 16p., wraps secured by folding, 8.5x11 inches, very good condition. Entire issue dedicated to reports and updates on the situation in Palau. In 1979, voters in Palau enacted a constitution declaring it a nuclear-free zone. Between then and the release of this issue the US government forced 7 more elections, hoping to reverse the outcome. This issue focuses on the government's efforts to force yet another election, which eventually succeeded in August of 1987. Only 1 in OCLC as of 1/2021.
