David Cox was the Director of Research at the Canadian Institute for International Peace and Security. and was on the faculty of Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. He specialized not only in arms control and disarmament but also in defense and Canadian Foreign Policy. Among the contributors were Donald Kerr, formerly Director of the Los Alamos National Laboratory and Carson Mark, a senior leader at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
