Recently rebound in three quarter dark blue morocco with marbled paper sides and endpapers, original illustrated wrappers, including spine, bound-in. Light toning with a little spotting. Light rubbing to surface and extremities. Very good to near-fine. Sole edition. This is copy number 39, one of twenty-five copies printed on Madagascar paper. An expressive account of intoxication and night by bohemian writer and opium addict Maurice Magre (1877-1941). Stock ref. 1820
