Chicago: John C. Winston Company. Good+ in Fair dust jacket. ©1938. Hardcover. 148 p. 22 cm. Sound and square binding in copper-colored, cloth-covered boards. The foot of the spine and somewhat along the bottom edges has some moisture damage. The corners are knocked. Top edge of the text block is dusty. Some discoloration to both sets of endpapers, with an number and an erasure on the front free endpaper. The inside pages are clean and unmarked, with slight edge toning. Dust jacket has heavy edge wear, especially at the spine ends and corners. Rubbed along the folds. The spine is faded. Fairly light soil to both panels. Not price clipped ($2.00). Charmingly illustrated by the author. .
