Green cloth hardcovers with gilt lettering on spine and a gilt globe on the front. With black borders to front and back. Bevelled boards. Heavily rubbed and soiled overall, with some black spotting on spine. Top edge browned, else yellowed. Some marks on fep, other endpapers are clean. Inscription on publisher's blank. The pages are yellowing but quite bright, with minor foxing throughout. G-/--. First U.S. Edition. Hardcover. Good-/No Jacket.
