Sobre este artículo
Hardcover. Good. FIRST EDITION. New York: G. P. Putnam's Sons, 1877. Hardcover buckram with hand titling (with original titled wraps bound-in.) A small handbook, meant to accompany travelers on their ocean voyage. 44 pages plus titled blank pages for notes. Ledoux gives such useful advise as: "I have always felt that a body washed ashore in good clothes would recieve more respect and kinder care than if dressed in those only fit for the rag bag." A RARE title and important document of 19th century sea travel. Some repairs to original covers, minor toning, erased owner name on front blank, else good overall condition. NOT EX-LIBRARY.
