Sobre este artículo

Great Britain: Jarrold and Sons Ltd, Norwich, 1971. Quarto. Dark purple cloth. Gilt lettering on the spine and cover. Some rubbing to the head of the spine. Water damage to the boards affecting a two inch triangle-sized portion of the front and back tail of the spine. In a dust jacket which has not been price clipped. Jacket has a closed tear and a small chip at the head of the front cover. Water damage has also affected the dust jacket, however it is not visible from the exterior of the book. Internally, the book is fairly clean, however the hinges have been impacted by the water damage. A readable copy of a very interesting title. Petr Sadecky was born in Czechoslovakia in 1943 and raised by a Communist who was a deputy-director of a Prague secondary school. A filmmaker and lecturer, he was allowed to travel freely in the Soviet Union because of his interest in films. Sadecky's growing discontent with Communism continued to crystallize. On a "visit" to West Germany in 1967, he at last successfully smuggled out the material upon which this book was based. 1971
