In the original red cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light wear to the extremities. Original unclipped dust wrapper is also smart with light shelf wear and the odd small mark to the rear panel. Sunning to the spine and small closed tears to the tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with light age toning to the endpapers. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Near Fine
Sinopsis
Off With His Head is a detective novel by Ngaio Marsh; it is the nineteenth novel to feature Roderick Alleyn, and was first published in 1957. The plot concerns a village festival in the English countryside, and features Morris dancing among other folkloric elements. The novel was published as Death of a Fool in the United States, a reference to the fact that the murder victim is playing a Fool in the festival.
