Limited edition of 1000 copies of which this is # 287. Limited edition seal of the Oxford Illustrated Press impressed and numbered on title page. Rust colored cloth binding with title on spine in gold. Text is clean and crisp. Over 350 wonderful vintage engravings. Nice tight binding. Slipcase: Matching rust cloth binding, Corners and edges are rubbed. Some soil. Descriptive label with limited edition statement taped onto spine of slipcase. Some closed tears and light soil to label.
