The Missouri Secretary of State's Office publishes what is commonly known as the "Blue Book". The book includes Missouri's history and the work of its public servants, including state employees and elected officials. It has been published every other year since 1878. The cover is frequently blue - all but nine editions are bound with blue covers. Each edition is a snapshot of Missouri history, government information, statistics, stories, essays, and pictures, making it a great resource.
Book Condition: Fine. The blue boards are clean and the gold gilt is bright. The cover also has a black Missouri shape with a gold gilt "The Great Seal of the State of Missouri" in it. Beautiful. Very minimal edge/corner wear. Text is clean and binding is tight. Please see photos.
