Rebound in early twentieth century beige cloth with red and black leather title boxes on spine. Cover is worn at extremities and modestly soiled with split in spine cloth along front hinge but cover is holding securely. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Detroit Bar Association stamp on front paste down and title. Pages are lightly toned with creasing and rippling but clean and overall in very good condition, particularly for the age. .
