This fascinating memoir of an Ohio country schoolmistress is an ex-library book and thus the dust jacket has a worn spot at the base of the spine where the library sticker was removed, but otherwise, has only slight wearing marks along parts of the top and bottom edges and on the four corners. The library name is stamped on the closed book's page bottom. The interior book, has some wearing marks at the top and bottom of the spine, but other than the page in from the back cover with the library cardholder and markings, has no other visible extraneous markings throughout, has good tight bindings, and has very well preserved printing throughout.
