This is one of the first 40, which were signed by the author at the end of the poem. The signed copies were issued in an unprinted marbled paper dust jacket. First edition (first printing, number 13 of 40 subscriber's copies). A fine copy in wrappers (paperback) in a fine, unprinted, marbled paper jacket. Signed by the author at the end of the text. Variant with title printed in dark orange on cover. No envelope or publication checklist.
