Books are returnable at any time for agreed cause; however, any item found to be other than described, or any damaged item must be notified to us in writing upon receipt; any missing items must be notified to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We ship at actual cost (normally Canada Post, normally Airmail for international; insurance extra if requested; surface, courier and special arrangements on request; normal packing free-of-charge (special packing at cost).
