London, Grant Richards, 1903.. FIRST EDITION 1903, small 8vo, 125 x 80 mm, 5 x 3 inches, light green cloth striped and lettered dark green, pages: (6), 60. Coloured frontispiece and 11 jolly colour plates by J. R. Monsell. Plates printed 1 side only. A silly story with a foolish old couple and a big red policeman. Spine slightly darkened, new endpapers, no inscriptions, very pale stain to lower margin of page 11, otherwise contents clean and bright. A very good plus tight copy.
