Edges lightly rubbed and corners mildly bumped. Owner's name stamp on a front endpaper and on page 51. Other owners' bookplate and signature inside front cover and on a front endpaper, respectively. Small tear in the tissue plate protector facing page 123. Otherwise, text unmarked and binding secure. A very scarce history of the Second Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Illustrated with black and white plates, and contains a foldout floor plan of the church.
