Brown faux leather ornately decorated covers with a picture showing part reproduction of Charles Schreybogels' painting "Protecting the Emigrants", which has been pasted on post prduction. Gilt titles to the backstrip along with four raised bands to the top edge and lower edge of the backstrip. A history of soldiers of the American West.
