Light thumb marking, foxing and tanning to pages. Some light occasional staining. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Hinges are moderately cracked causing boards to be loose. Frequent annotations in pencil; text unaffected. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with noticeable staining, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with prominent splitting, fraying and crushing to ends and joints. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.
