Hope Mihalap was Secretary to the Metropolitan Opera's General Manager, Rudolf Bing, and was one of the founders of the Virginia Opera Association. 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (booklet form), 23 pages in Fine condition. Paper cover is black w/ b/w photo of author in her debut acting role at Virginia Opera ("Duchess of Krackenthorp" in THE DAUGHTER OF THE REGIMENT) with particulars in white, condition Very Good. One of the most enjoyable essays on opera ever written.
