Illustrated with twelve full-page color portraits by Salvatore Fiume. Bound in decorated cloth, morocco spine label stamped in gilt. Fore-edge and bottom edge untrimmed, top edge stained blue. Book with original glassine protector. Housed in the original slipcase, design matching the cover of the book and featuring a printed paper title label on the spine. Number 934 of an edition limited to 1,500 copies. Signed by the illustrator on the colophon. Book with a bookplate on the front pastedown, otherwise Fine in a Fine slipcase. Printed at the Stamperia Valdonega, with overall book design by Giovanni Mardersteig. A superb, fresh copy in the original glassine with the bookplate being the only detracting quality. All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured. Shipping rates are $3.50 per book; an additional $1 for every book thereafter. Sets and oversized volumes might require additional postage – indication of such will be noted in the book description. Those orders ship at cost. Other shipping modes are available per arrangement. Institutions will be billed per requirements.
