Paper covers decorated in color. Moderate soiling of covers, covers splitting along spine, 2 leaves have pulled away from (rusty) staples: about GOOD PLUS. 91pp, not counting covers. Marvelous B&W illustrations on every page. Especially neat ones of downtown Portland.. 1st Edition. Soft cover. Good/No Jacket.
