Proposed bond issue, letters, telegrams, and court documents pertaining to lease agreement with the Pennsylvania Railroad Company. The Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway (1862) was the reoganized Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Rail Road which failed in 1859 and was sold at foreclosure on October 24, 1861.
