Oxford : Printed at The Clarendon Press, 1905 Privately printed by the Bodleian Library at Oxford UK by Oxford Press. Contains an account of the history of Shakespeare's First Folio printed in 1623. This book was printed by the Bodleian library to commemorate the reacquisition of their only First Folio that was lost for centuries. There are numerous illustrations including the two actual engravings of only known image of William Shakespeare. Oversize folio 15in tall by 10in wide. Rebound in library brown buckram. This is an ex-library copy with minimal markings in very good condition. An extremely rare book for any collector or library. Has pasted in bookplate inside cover.. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good.
