Boston, Massachusetts: H. Methot, 1899. Very good to fine; rubbed, one small tear to lower wrapper.. Illustrated trade catalog for H. Methot, "French Feather Dresser", whose services include dying, cleaning, and curling ostrich feather for women's hats. The booklet offers advice for mailing feathers, different styles of curling, and urges customers to "never throw old feathers away", as they may be refreshed. Boas are treated by Methot, as well; a price list and list of services for 1899 closes out the booklet. 12mo (6" by 3.5"), pp. 12, stapled in original original red illustrated wrappers. Illustrations in-text depicting feather styles.
