Size is octavo (8vo), 8.25"/21cm h. Bound in publisher's red cloth, black and gilt lettering/ornamentation to spine, front board. Red topstain. Semi-glossy color pictorial dj. Plain white endpapers. 320 numbered pp. Collection contains 10 portraits and eight mysteries. Condition notes: boards slightly dulled, with tape residue to center of head and tail of both boards; spine ends rolled, corners bumped. Moderately worn and rubbed, price-clipped dj (in mylar) shows numerous small chips and tears, esp to folds. Binding square and tight. Interior tanned but unmarked. Per the dj "The Fourth Dimension of the mind brought to light in stories of horror, humor and high art" - yum. We personally inspect every book we offer.

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).
Furrowed Brow Books' goal is to offer an eclectic selection, while providing specialty offerings in Eastern Orthodoxy and Byzantine civilization, theology, Christian mysticism, science fiction/fantasy (Inklings emphasis), and military history.
