First edition thus, 1958, hardcover with brown cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, 352pp., illustrated in b&w, fold out chart at rear. Book VG with rubbing and mild edgewear to boards and spine, binding tight, previous owners' plate and signature to front pastedown, endpapers off-set, text has some mild foxing and toning throughout. DJ good with wear to spine that includes some chips, tears, and rubbing to joints, soil, toning, now in archival mylar wrap.
