Boards with moderate bumping and wear.Used as a teaching aid, these large volumes were produced in the 1940s and 50s to be used at the front of classrooms. Teachers could use the easel panels to prop the books up, and the metal brackets to keep the pages open. Designed so that additional story packets could be added.Includes seven tape-bound story inserts, titled Puff, Tim, Tim and Spot, Dick, Jane, Baby, Spot.
