New York: Charles Scribner's Sons/Champan & Hall, 1897. The Gadshill edition. Hardcover. Very good+. 38 volume set! Red cloth boards with gilt stamped titles, octavos, various paginations, illustrated in b&w. Books show some toning to some spines, wear to spines that includes some small tears to ends and small scuff to cloth on one volume (Little Dorrit I), faint soil and rubbing, bindings tight, a few pencil signatures to front endpapers, otherwise texts clean and unmarked with gentle toning throughout, top edges gilt with mild dust. THIS LARGE, HEAVY SET WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES.
