New York: Hurst and Company Hardcover, red cloth spine, chromolithographed front cover depicts girl with dogs cats ducks birds, rear cover light blue (and surface-rubbed), staple-bound, nice chromo frontis showing two girls with cat, profusely illustrated in poor quality black and white on yellowing stiff paper, mark on front cover where sticker was removed, board edges rubbed, especially at corners, "VIOLA" stamped in purple ink on front end page, the book is complete and intact and square and tight, the book dates circa 1890 although there is no date printed in the book.. Early Edition. Hard Cover. Good-plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

A small clean well-lighted store established in 1975 in Selinsgrove Pennsylvania, DJ Ernst-Books offers a diverse interesting stock of out-of-print, used, and antiquarian books. There is limited space and therefore quality is stressed over quantity. I treat each customer as an important person. My book shop is open 6 days a week, and is located in the scenic Susquehanna River Valley. Susquehanna University, with their expanding writing program, is located in Selinsgrove. Thus, several of my customers are writers or aspiring writers.
